Hotel was clean and staff was helpful.

Hotel was fine for our overnight stay. It was clean and the staff was king and very helpful. The rooms are overpriced for what you get though.

Stuck with smoking room. We have 2 small children.

Staff was excellent. Asked for extra towels and pillow. They provided us with both plus an extra pillow. Did so very quickly. Very clean hotel. Water was very hot and stayed hot despite 3 showers. Just as good or not better then some Marriott's I visited. ...read more

dirty, sticky tables in restaurant, table not wiped down

very good except for Flanigans rest. tables were all sticky from maple syrup and when they were cleaned they were still sticky. A young man with spray cleaner tried but did not clean them well at all.
